When placing the industrial oven on any commercial or residential lot, you must also place the “Menu” object to allow for Sims to order food. The menu can be found in buy mode under “Appliances” for 5 simoleons. Sims Child and older can order food off the menu.
Sims who want to order food at a restaurant or at home, can simply click the menu and “Place an Order”. The food options available will be those you have set via the industrial oven. Once your Sims place an order, the chef will come to the table to take their order, and head into the kitchen to cook their meal. Once the meal is prepared, Chefs will serve Sims their food right at their table.

[tab name=’Wave Station’]

The Surf’s Up Sun & Fun Wave Station is a brand new water activity object. Sims are able to perform tricks while they catch some cool waves. You can find the wave station in build mode under “Pool Objects” for 1,750 Simoleons. The Wave Station can be used by Sims Teen-Elder.
The Wave Station is a water-only object (Pools, Ocean, Ponds etc) that can be placed on both residential and commercial lots. The object also includes the Hidden Surfing Skill. This Surfing Skill has 10 levels to complete, each increasing a Sim’s performance, and also unlocking new water station features.
♦ Surfing Skill (Levels 1-3) – Increased performance.
♦ Surfing Skill (Levels 4) – Once Sims reach level 4, they will unlock “Medium” Waves in the Wave Station.
♦ Surfing Skill (Levels 5-6) – Increased performance.
♦ Surfing Skill (Levels 7) – Once Sims reach level 7, they will unlock “Mondo” Waves in the Wave Station.
♦ Surfing Skill (Levels 8-10) – Increased performance.
While Sims catch a wave on the surf station in the ocean, the “Evil” Sea Lion will swim about. This animal will usually swim about and be of no harm to surfing Sims. However, Sims that are yet to ride the “Medium” waves and have a lower surf skill level, are more likely to be attacked by the sea lion. Sims will receive the negative “Almost a Meal” moodlet and the positive “Loose Seal” moodlet.

Sims can use the default board available with the surf station, or purchase a surf board in buy mode and customize it. If a Sim is attacked by a Sea Lion while using their own custom board, it will be returned to them with “chew” marks. Once this happens, the board cannot be used on the surf station, but it does make for a nice souvenir!

As Sims increase their skill they will also increase their performance while trying out any of the 3 brand new surf tricks. Sims will naturally attempt these trick on their own, but you can force a Sim to perform these tricks by clicking the active Sim, or the wave station.
The following tricks are available with the Wave Station:
♦ CutBack Trick
♦ Handstand Trick
♦ Hang Ten Trick

[tab name=’Milkin It Dairy Corral’]

The Milkin’ It Dairy Corral is a new object that provides fresh milk and entertainment! You can find the dairy corral in buy mode under “Sculptures” for 2,300 Simoleons. The Dairy Corral can be used by Sims Teen-Elder.

The dairy cow makes its rounds around the corral, and once in a while rests inside the corral. To use the new interactions available, click on the dairy cow or the corral. Sims can only interact with the dairy cow.
The following options are available with the Dairy Cow:
♦ Milk Cow – Milking the cow provides one of the following: Regular Milk, Soy Milk, or Chocolate Milk. Regular Milk is the default for the cow, while the Soy & Chocolate Milk options will appear only when you have fed a cow chocolate or vegetables.
The cow produces milk every hour, so once you have milked it, you must wait another hour for more. Milk Jugs will appear in a Sim’s inventory.
♦ Feed Cow – The Dairy Cow will keep itself fed by eating from the pasture, but Sims can also offer the cow Chocolate or Vegetables. Chocolate Bars will give Sims the option to milk the cow for Chocolate Milk, and Vegetables will give Sims the option to milk the cow for Soy Milk.

Milkshakes come in regular “milk” flavor, or chocolate flavor if you feed the cow chocolate before or after tipping it. Milkshake Glasses can be found in a Sim’s inventory.
♦ Play Tic-Tac-Hoof – Tic-Tac-Hoof is the Cow vs. Human version of the classic game of Tic-Tac-Toe! Playing this game with your Cow boosts your Sim’s fun motive, and also gives Sims the “Smarter than Your Average Cow” & “Udderly Ridiculous” moodlets. Sims with a high logic skill are sure to win more frequestly, while Absent-Minded Sims will lose more often.
♦ Make Cheese – Sims who have at least 2 Milk Jugs in their inventory can turn them into cheese. When selecting this option, the two milk jugs will turn into one block of cheese in the Sim’s inventory. This option is only available with “regular” milk. Cheese Quality varies.

[tab name=’Savvy Sellers Collection’]

The Savvy Seller’s Collection consists of brand new objects that allow your Sims to run a business. The main object used to run a business is the register, and you can find it in buy mode under “Misc. Entertainment” for 100 Simoleons. The Register can only be used by Sims Teen-Elder.
Aside from the register enabling any lot to run as a functioning business, this premium content also includes rugs, pedestals, wall shelves, and a car space, used to showcase items when creating a business in any world. Any and all buy mode objects placed on these showcase items are automatically enabled for sale.
The following showcase items are included in the Savvy Seller’s Collection:
♦ Cash Register: The cash register allows your active household (teen and older) to “Tend” to the business, check sales performance, set lot hours, hire and fire Salesclerks (NPC’s), and browse the selection of items for sale in on any business lot.
♦ Shop Door: The shop door allows you to give the business a name, and set the opening and closing times for the shop. Unlike the register, the shop door dictates what time the business closes, rather than what time the lot shuts down.
Both the register and shop door can have the same opening and closing times, but the door allows for you to give your current shoppers more time to browse when the lot no longer accepts any more visitors.
♦ Pedestal: Items placed on this object will be automatically enabled for purchase. You can set the Markup, Sale Price, and purchase items directly from this object.
♦ Rugs (5 sizes): Items placed on these objects will be automatically enabled for purchase. You can set the Markup, Sale Price, and purchase items directly from these objects.
♦ Shelf: Items placed on this object will be automatically enabled for purchase. You can set the Markup, Sale Price, and purchase items directly from this object.
♦ Parking Space: Cars placed on this object will be automatically enabled for purchase. You can set the Markup, Sale Price, and purchase items directly from this object.
To create an run your own business on a commercial lot, place any of the Savvy Seller’s Collection showcase items on the lot, place objects from buy mode on them for purchase, be sure to include a register to enable the lot as a functioning business, and label the lot as a “Hangout”.
❗ When creating a business on your home lot, you must “invite” other Sims over to shop. Residential lots will not automatically attract buyers.
❗ To make a profit while running a business, you will need to purchase the community lot on which the business is located.
❗ Items in your shop will automatically be replaced when purchased, which ultimately allows for huge profits. There is no restocking fee.

[tab name=’Door of Life & Death’]

The Door of Life & Death is a new interactive object featuring the Grim Reaper. You can find the door of life and death in build mode under “Doors” for 1,150 Simoleons. The Door of Life & Death can be used by Sims Teen-Elder.
The Door of Life & Death can be placed on any residential or community lot in town, and the Grim Reaper is readily available whenever your Sims knock on the door.
Not only does he provide some great services to Sims, he also has a special pet monster named “Emmie”. This monster rises from the ground at any given time, and looks to trap Sims with her lethal tentacle.
❗ If you have The Sims 3 Supernatural and/or The Sims 3 Late Expansions installed, The monster will automatically kill Zombies and Paparazzi.
Additionally, the monster may give the Zombies a chance to live by spitting them back out with their “Zombified” moodlet removed.

Keeping up a good relationship with the Grim Reaper is recommended, as this decreases the chance of the monster killing your Sims without warning. If your Sim is not a friend of the Grim Reaper, he may unleash the monster at any given time.
If your Sim escapes the wrath of the monster, then they live! However, if the monster is able to wrap her tentacle around a Sim, they will be sucked into the ground and drown. This ultimately results in death for a Sim.
❗ If your Sim has any enemies, there is a greater chance of them being killed by the monster when they attempt to use the door.

The following interactions are available with the Door of Life & Death:
♦ Rename Sim – Grim Reaper will allow you to change the first and last name of the current active Sim.
♦ Call for Reaper – Chit chat with Grim Reaper!
♦ Play Against the Reaper (Requires Level 4 of the Guitar Skill) – Sims with a level 4 or higher of the Guitar Skill can “Challenge” the Grim Reaper to a Guitar duel. Sims with a higher guitar skill level have a better chance of winning against Grim.
If a Sim wins against the Grim Reaper, they will receive a Death Flower, courtesy of the Grim Reaper, and a mood boosting moodlet.
If a Sim loses against the Grim Reaper, they will have to face Grimmy’s pet monster Emmie. She will rise from the ground and attempt to trap the Sim, in the hopes of pulling them under. If the monster suceeds, your Sim will die.
♦ Reincarnate Sim – With a tombstone in their inventory, Sims can visit the Grim Reaper and ask him to reincarnate the deceased Sim. Now this may sound like a quick an easy fix to a broken heart, but this is not your typical “Science Lab” reincarnation.
Reincarnation can occasionally have some unexpected results. Sims who are lucky enough to be reincarnated as a human, will come back to life as an infant. Not only will the Sim join a different age group, but their traits, race, gender and overall appearance will change as well.
Additionally, if you have The Sims 3 Pets Expansion installed, Sims can be reincarnated as a pet! Who doesn’t want to be a kitten?!
♦ Simulate Genetic Merger – Does your Sim want a child but doesn’t want to go through all of the hassle of trying to adopt or deal with a relationship? Just go knock on Grim’s Door and he can help your Sim Simulate a Genetic Merger. (And yes, Male Sims can get pregnant too!)
If your Sim chooses to have a baby in this manner, they also have the ability to pre-determine the baby’s occult type. Sims can select any of the following nearby Sims for a genetic merger:
♦ Human♦ Fairy (Requires The Sims 3 Supernatural Expansion)
♦ Genie (Requires The Sims 3 Showtime or Supernatural Expansion)
♦ Mermaid (Requires The Sims 3 Island Paradise Expansion)
♦ Plant Sim (Requires The Sims 3 University Expansion)
♦ Werewolf (Requires The Sims 3 Supernatural Expansion)
♦ Witch (Requires The Sims 3 Supernatural Expansion)
Please note that just like any genetic merger in game, the baby will receive their DNA from both parents, so there is only a 50/50 chance of them being born as the occult you choose to genetically merge with.

[tab name=’Granpas Grove Tractor’]

The Grandpa’s Grove Tractor is brand new gardening equipment for Sims. You can find the tractor in buy mode under “Transportation” for 12,000 Simoleons. The Tractor can be used by Sims Toddler-Elder.
Also included with the tractor are “dirt road” placements that can be laid down on a lot to create a route for the tractor to drive on. Without the dirt roads, tractors will not function. Dirt roads can be found in the transportation section of buy mode for 50 simoleons.
When placing dirt road route on a lot, use the tractor’s “Check for Valid Track” option to ensure that your dirt route is placed correctly. If the entire dirt road path is not highlighted to green when using this option, click the dirt road placements and change their direction to create a functioning track. If you do not change their direction, the tractor will simply avoid the invalid track paths.
❗ If the tractor does not have a valid path to and from the point of origin, the tractor will remain stationary until the track is corrected.

Once the dirt road is valid, it’s time to get that baby on the road! Sims Teen to Elder can drive the tractor to perform a variety of interactions directly related to gardening.
❗ Teenagers must learn to drive before having the option to operate the tractor
If you intend to use the tractor for all your gardening needs, know that harvesting your gardens may take more than one try. Since the tractor can only harvest a limited amount at once, it may take you several tractor rides to completely harvest your lot. (Depending on the size)
The following options are available with the tractor:
♦ Test for Valid Track – Ensures track can be driven on.
♦ Fertilize Crops – Automatically fertilizes plants within a specific area of the lot, depending on how close they are to the dirt track.
♦ Water Crops – Automatically waters plants within a specific area of the lot, depending on how close they are to the dirt track.
♦ Harvest Crops – Automatically harvests plants within a specific area of the lot, depending on how close they are to the dirt track. All crops harvested will be placed in the Sim’s inventory.
♦ Give/Ask Hay Ride – Hay Rides can be given by Sims Teen and older, and be asked for by Sims Toddler and older. Sims will sit in the back of the tractor on hay bales and receive a special moodlet once the ride is complete.

[tab name=’Bakery Collection’]

The Baker’s Bazaar Collection consists of brand new objects that allow your Sims to run a business. The main object is the register, and you can find it in buy mode under “Misc. Entertainment” for 100 Simoleons. The Register can only be used by Sims Teen-Elder.
Aside from the register enabling any lot to run as a functioning business, this premium content also includes display cases, racks, and rugs, used to showcase items when creating a business in any world. Any and all recipes placed on these showcase items are automatically enabled for sale.
❗ Some dishes will not fit on the racks and display cases, so just add a counter over a rug with the food placed atop.
The following showcase items are included in the Baker’s Bazaar Collection:
♦ Cash Register: The cash register allows your active household (teen and older) to “Tend” to the business, check sales performance, set lot hours, hire and fire Salesclerks (NPC’s), and browse the selection of items for sale in on any business lot.
♦ Sales Rugs (2 Types): Recipes placed on this object will be automatically enabled for purchase. You can set the Markup, Sale Price, and purchase items directly from this object.
♦ Display Cases: Recipes placed inside this object will be automatically enabled for purchase. An added bonus, you can display the food dishes creatively in the display case, and it will keep your food refrigerated so it does not spoil. You can set the Markup, Sale Price, and purchase items directly from this object.
♦ Sales Rack: Recipes placed on this object will be automatically enabled for purchase. An added bonus, you can display the food dishes creatively on the rack, and it will keep your food refrigerated so it does not spoil. You can set the Markup, Sale Price, and purchase items directly from this object.
To create an run your own business on a commercial lot, place any of the Baker’s Bazaar Collection items on the lot, display any recipes your heart desires for purchase, be sure to include a register to enable the lot as a functioning business, and label the lot as a “Hangout”.
❗ When creating a business on your home lot, you must “invite” other Sims over to shop. Residential lots will not automatically attract buyers.
❗ You will need to own the lot your bakery is built on in order to profit from the business.
❗ Recipes in your shop WILL NOT be automatically restocked when purchased. Sims will have to prepare and restock any and all food dishes, or the business will run out of products.
This also means that NPC’s will not run bakeries. To create an NPC based bakery, you would need to install the Industrial Oven. Doing so adds all the new bakery recipes to the menu – which can be customized – for NPC’s to cook and serve.
❗ Use a DEBUG cheat to automatically spawn certain recipes. See here for details.

Unlike the Savvy Seller’s Collection, which originally enabled the ability to sell certain objects in the game, the Baker’s Bazaar Collection allows Sims to prepare and sell ANY recipe available in game.
Sims can create dishes at home, or anywhere they have an oven, and bring them directly to the bakery to sell. Once they are placed into one of the display cases, racks, or rugs, the food items will remain in stasis until purchased.
❗ If you own items such as the Industrial Oven, Chun Co. Teppanyaki Grill, or Barrier to Entry System, add them to your store to enable even more possibilities.
The industrial oven will add all the new recipes to the menu for Sims to order from, the teppanyaki grill adds some bold new flavors for sale, and the barrier to entry system would ultimately allow you to create an “All Plasma” restaurant for Vampires. The possibilities are endless!
