The Sims 4: Two-Level Basements and One Additional Floor

 
SimGurus have confirmed two levels of basement building, and an additional floor for top level building. This ultimately gives players a total of 6 floors to build on. These additions to the Base Game’s build mode will be added via game patch later this month. More information on basements can be found in Lessons.
