Collaboration Between The Sims and Blaise Features Special Simlish Recording of ‘Thunderstorm’ and Downloadable Sim Character
The Sims™ fans around the world are getting ready to party with a hot new line-up of rising artists that have recorded their music in Simlish for this March’s expansion pack, The Sims 3 University Life. The Maxis Label of Electronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ: EA) today announced the full list of artists and songs that are featured in the game, including talented British newcomer Blaise with her self-penned track Thunderstorm.
The collaboration between The Sims, one of the world’s most popular gaming franchises of all time, and 16-year-old Blaise also includes a specially created Sim character of the artist that is available now for all The Sims 3 players to download via The Sims™ 3 Exchange.
“I’ve been playing The Sims for years now so I’m thrilled to be part of the soundtrack that has attracted top artists in the past”, said Blaise. “It’s so cool to see myself as a Sim and great to be part of such an iconic game so early in my career.”
The Sims 3 University Life will give players an opportunity to leave home and attend university, where they will enroll in classes, earn degrees and discover the crazy antics and hijinks that go hand-in-hand with the college lifestyle. From juice-keggers to new social groups, to protests in the quad and young love, there’s much more to university than time spent in the classroom.
Sims will explore an all-new college town filled with new locations to visit such as the bowling alley and SimBurger and discover hidden talents through an array of extra-curricular activities, including spray painting murals, playing games of kicky bag in the quad and so much more!
