@Paula_MC13 Adults and children will route off of the lot and disappear Sims 2 style to go to work and school.
— Sarah Holding (@SimGuruSarah) June 30, 2014
@jupik12 Like past Sims games the lots are a single size and cannot be expanded. If you need more space you'll need to move to a bigger lot.
— Sarah Holding (@SimGuruSarah) June 30, 2014
@jupik12 The Gallery in The Sims 4 will make it much easier to move your current house and place it on a bigger lot if need be.
— Sarah Holding (@SimGuruSarah) June 30, 2014
@maariib00 The Gallery is a feature for sharing content within The Sims 4, so your friends will need to have a copy of The Sims 4 to use it.
— Sarah Holding (@SimGuruSarah) June 30, 2014
@abrahamjbarraza Sims can change their clothes in The Sims 4 the same way they could in The Sims 3. You can Plan Outfits via the dresser.
— Sarah Holding (@SimGuruSarah) June 30, 2014
@gabrielgsl9 Anything is possible! I would love to see the Social Bunny return one day.
— Sarah Holding (@SimGuruSarah) June 30, 2014
@arianahxy There are currently no plans to add Big Foot, but the future is wide open at this point. Anything could happen!
— Sarah Holding (@SimGuruSarah) June 30, 2014
@RinconDelSimmer You can have as many save files with the same world as you want. Or you can add new Sim families to an existing save file.
— Sarah Holding (@SimGuruSarah) June 30, 2014
@Weealbet @RinconDelSimmer Unique save files will be self contained, the data will not cross over.
— Sarah Holding (@SimGuruSarah) June 30, 2014
@SimGuruGraham @SimsVIP But they sure do look great! It doesn't really make sense to ride one with the way our neighborhoods are set up. 🙂
— Trevor Lindsey (@SimGuruTrev) June 30, 2014
@SimnationBlog @SimGuruGraham @SimsVIP They move around.
— Trevor Lindsey (@SimGuruTrev) June 30, 2014
@Inge_Jones @SimGuruGraham I don't know much about modding just yet, but we are using python as our scripting language. 🙂
— Trevor Lindsey (@SimGuruTrev) June 28, 2014
@Mangazing Yes.
— Graham Nardone (@SimGuruGraham) June 30, 2014
@katielogue520 Create a Style is the kind of thing that technically needs to be in the base game for it to happen. It won't be added later.
— Graham Nardone (@SimGuruGraham) June 30, 2014
@Leela26Sam Sure, you can play as the Goths.
— Graham Nardone (@SimGuruGraham) June 30, 2014
@miabrown120 Much shorter than TS3. Much shorter than 1 minute. Shorter than 30 seconds; the E3 build did not represent accurate load times.
— Graham Nardone (@SimGuruGraham) June 30, 2014
@Iron_Cgull No. The building you see there is outside the playable area of that neighborhood.
— Graham Nardone (@SimGuruGraham) June 30, 2014
@_lovcat_ Yes.
— Graham Nardone (@SimGuruGraham) June 30, 2014
@TheSimCommunity @_lovcat_ Definitely possible. It was a performance decision, not a tech one.
— Graham Nardone (@SimGuruGraham) June 30, 2014
@smagazineofcl @_lovcat_ Nope. Maybe modders could tweak the values? Not my realm – pure speculation.
— Graham Nardone (@SimGuruGraham) June 30, 2014
@SimsVIP Tram/Steamboat are in the neighborhoods but not interactive. Decorative flavor for the atmosphere of the world. @SimGuruTrev
— Graham Nardone (@SimGuruGraham) June 30, 2014
@ZerbuTabek @smagazineofcl @_lovcat_ I don't know how much tweaking that system requires; I wouldn't be the right person to answer that.
— Graham Nardone (@SimGuruGraham) June 30, 2014
@SamWitts2 @_lovcat_ You could use attics to create what's essentially a 4th floor; it'd have to be built entirely from roofs/objects.
— Graham Nardone (@SimGuruGraham) June 30, 2014
@pete_simpson Ah – yup, those are our clouds alright. They move around, look fluffy, cloud cover can change from day to day, etc.
— Graham Nardone (@SimGuruGraham) June 30, 2014
@OpenPlumbob Yes! My Sim who lives in World A can visit a friend in World B. Or, move from World B to World A.
— Grant Rodiek (@SimGuruGrant) June 28, 2014
@Aang741 No. You will not lose relationships.
— Grant Rodiek (@SimGuruGrant) June 30, 2014
@Sims_Soul If they let you in? Sure! I assume you're on good terms with your relatives?
— Grant Rodiek (@SimGuruGrant) June 28, 2014
Wanted to clarify left versus right handed Sims. It's not something you can choose, but there's a chance your Sims will be left handed.
— Grant Rodiek (@SimGuruGrant) June 30, 2014
This basically just means Sims will prefer to use their left hand to say, pick up a beverage. They might also be right handed.
— Grant Rodiek (@SimGuruGrant) June 30, 2014
@Pinstar No. It's just a tiny animation thing.
— Grant Rodiek (@SimGuruGrant) June 30, 2014
@DL4Sims @SimGuruGraham There are tattoos in Create a Sim. What are you curious about in particular?
— Grant Rodiek (@SimGuruGrant) June 30, 2014
@DL4Sims @SimGuruGraham @SimGuruSarah Some parts include arm, lower back, ankle.
— Grant Rodiek (@SimGuruGrant) June 30, 2014
@PlanetClemntine You can easily jump back to them and give them high level actions.
— Grant Rodiek (@SimGuruGrant) June 30, 2014
@cpencerxxx We do not have Cats, Dogs, and Horses in The Sims 4.
— Grant Rodiek (@SimGuruGrant) June 30, 2014
@DL4Sims @SimGuruGraham @SimGuruSarah There is not a DJ job. We do have an entertainer career, which uses music and comedy.
— Grant Rodiek (@SimGuruGrant) June 30, 2014
@PlanetClemntine @Aang741 Let's say I have a family of 4 Sims. I can send Sim 1 to the park in another world and leave the others home.
— Grant Rodiek (@SimGuruGrant) June 30, 2014
@PlanetClemntine @Aang741 To continue that, while Sim 1 is at the park, I can switch control back to the other 3 Sims at home.
— Grant Rodiek (@SimGuruGrant) June 30, 2014
@PlanetClemntine @Aang741 Yes. You can visit different worlds just like you can visit different lots.
— Grant Rodiek (@SimGuruGrant) June 30, 2014
@hihelloBartek It's just a loading screen. Super normal. There's a stylized plumbbob in the middle and text like "reticulating splines."
— Grant Rodiek (@SimGuruGrant) June 30, 2014
@hihelloBartek I'm not really allowed to share screenshots, or I'd show you. It's super normal, super standard.
— Grant Rodiek (@SimGuruGrant) June 30, 2014
@Aang741 @PlanetClemntine Yes, you can move a household of 1-8 Sims from one world to another to a new house. Is that what you mean?
— Grant Rodiek (@SimGuruGrant) June 30, 2014
@Aang741 @PlanetClemntine What do you mean by that? SimCity 5 and The Sims 4 are completely different games.
— Grant Rodiek (@SimGuruGrant) June 30, 2014
@Aang741 You can visit other Worlds in The Sims 4 at will. But, I want to be clear, it has nothing to do with Sim City 5.
— Grant Rodiek (@SimGuruGrant) June 30, 2014
@buhofeliz19 Yes, Buho, they can visit a Sim's house. Thanks for your question!
— Grant Rodiek (@SimGuruGrant) June 30, 2014
@SimnationBlog There are Achievements and Aspirations. There's a lot to do!
— Grant Rodiek (@SimGuruGrant) June 30, 2014
@Simocity_ Yes. We have a really cool Event system!
— Grant Rodiek (@SimGuruGrant) June 30, 2014
@TheSims4Info Yes and yes.
— Grant Rodiek (@SimGuruGrant) June 30, 2014
@TheSims4it It isn't all the same, but in some cases, yes!
— Grant Rodiek (@SimGuruGrant) June 30, 2014
@aurorasky2206 We don't have defined areas. You can put a residential lot on any lot in the game. Or, make it a venue.
— Grant Rodiek (@SimGuruGrant) June 30, 2014
