More than just a home, this balcony flanked retreat has something for everyone.  The main building has an eat in kitchen with stereo, bookshelf and a balcony with campfire, chess board, easel and barbecue.  Upstairs is a bathroom and three bedrooms; one with double bed, bookshelf and computer, one with double bed and bookshelf and one with single bed.  Just across the way from the main building is the study with bookshelf, fireplace and computer.  The grounds offer a bar with lots of seating and a swimming pool plus a fertilizable plant in case you can’t climb all those stairs quickly.
