SimGuruRomeo took To Twitter today to confirm that the new world coming with The Sims 4 Cottage Living, Henford-on-Bagley, contains three neighborhoods with four lots each.

If you were wondering if any of the lots will be a 64×64 sized lot, the answer is yes.
There is 1 64×64 in the countryside neighborhood. That is where we have our largest lots.

Romeo has also confirmed that each lot will will start with the “Wild Fox Challenge” enabled, which allows wild fox to roam the lot. You will be able to disable this feature, and Maxis will be releasing additional details on this function soon.
We created a new "Lot Challenge" system, more info on that soon. All the lots in the new world will start with the "Wild Fox" challenge enabled.
If you don't want foxes to pester you, you will be able to disable that challenge, but who doesn't want a cute cuddly fox hanging out?
