The folks over at SimFans.de extracted the string file from The Sims 4 CAS Demo, and from this information, I have put together a list of Traits, Aspirations, and (possible) rewards.

• Active – These Sims tend to be Energized, can Pump Up other Sims, and may become upset if they don’t exercise for a period of time.

These strings of text from the game code resemble some type of aspiration reward/boost, similar to those that can be purchased in The Sims 3 with Lifetime Happiness Rewards. Some of them could also be traits, but I’ll leave them all below until further confirmation.
