As noted by a Twitter user, and the forum members over at NeoGaf, Origin has launched a beta testing program. This page currently hidden from public view, but you are still able to make your selections and save. (If you receive an error when saving, go back to the page and it will have remembered your selections)
The Sims is among the many games available in this program, but please be aware that signing up does not guarantee you will be selected. As of right now there is no official information about this program, so the most you can do is sign up and wait. Visit the Beta Program page for more information.
