Today’s The Sims 4 base game update brought not only bug fixes and game improvements, but also a few new items for children and toddlers.

Fresh Fits and Fun Spaces Bring New Style to Kids and Toddlers

It’s been a stylish Sim summer, and now it’s time for younger Sims to head back to school with fresh new looks and spaces to make their own!

New clothing for kids and toddlers, and Build/Buy items for kids are now available in The Sims 4 as part of a free content release, bringing even more youthful flair to their wardrobes and rooms.

Whether they’re getting dressed for the first day of school, making new friends or coming home to a space that feels totally their own, there are even more ways for your youngest Sims to show off what makes them unique.

New School Year, New Looks

Nothing says back-to-school like a fresh look!

Refresh kids and toddler wardrobes with new clothing and hair options designed to bring even more youthful flair to their style. The drop includes:

• Six CAS assets for kids including one new hairstyle – a ponytail with bangs! – and three existing hairstyles now converted for kids.
• Three new CAS assets for toddlers as a stylish bonus that will give younger Sims even more ways to find a look that feels just right.

From fresh clothing options to hairstyles that complete the look, mix and match the new additions to create styles that let each young Sim show off what makes them unique.

Their Room, Their Rules

A Sim’s style isn’t just about what they wear, their space can say just as much about who they are!

With eight new Build/Buy items for kids, there are more ways to create spaces that reflect their favorite activities, interests and individual style.

Add to a bedroom, create a cozy spot to unwind after a long day of learning or carve out the perfect homework hideaway. You can also find a new Styled Room in the Base Game for even more ideas to make their space their own.

New Kids on the Block

New looks call for some new faces!

Seven new Sims are joining the Gallery, including four children, two toddlers and the elder who’s helping keep it all together. Is she Nana, Meemaw, the neighborhood grandma or the beloved caretaker who’s always there when the kids need her? That’s for you to decide! Bring them into your game to start a new family story, or take inspiration from their Styled Looks and make the latest CAS additions your own.
