The original EA assets for The Sims 3 University Life have been discovered by Rincon Del Simmer. Digital River, which is EA’s digital distribution platform, has already listed the official assets for the game. With a little number tweaking in the URL, all the assets can be viewed. Below are the larger & better quality-ish screens from the site.

The Sims 3 Store “Goodie Boxes”
Need a few items to spice up your game? The Sims team is introducing “Sims 3 Store Goodie Boxes“. The system will randomly pick and choose existing store content, – that you do NOT own – and put them into a special discount gift box for you to purchase.
None of the content is new (per SimGuruTaterTot – yum!), but you can get exclusive bonus content that even includes gold versions of released worlds. (NOTE: EA does not assure that you don’t already own the bonus content, if one is included)

Platinum Simmers Preview Monte Vista
Monte Vista is gorgeous, that is an easy fact to state – it really is gorgeous. For these reviews I try to find unique things and this was hard – because I could not get past how gorgeous it is. Huge thanks to EA UK for providing Monte Vista for me to review.
We’ve had beautiful worlds before of course, Sunlit Tides or Appaloosa Plains for example, and in Sunlit Tides, we were given unique rabbit holes and houses.
In Monte Vista they stepped up their work a bit more. I have been to Italy and instantly got the Italian feel from this world. The terrain is beautiful and painted with a lot of detail. I just loved seeing the sprawling hills in the background while playing.Continue…

Unlike most expansion packs for the series, Seasons doesn’t feature a singular, grand change to The Sims 3. Instead, it adds a series of small features that inject some much-needed variety to your virtual families’ day-to-day lives. Similar to the identically named expansion for The Sims 2, Seasons adds weather and activities specific to your seasons.
