The shiny build of The Sims 4 that is being paraded around Gamescom this year, was confirmed to be in Pre-Alpha. For those who are unfamiliar with software cycles, it means that the game is not yet feature complete. This doesn’t mean that the game isn’t close to the Alpha stage, but do understand that any and all info/screens coming out of Gamescom are part of this early game build. Things will/can/may change!
