The latest issue of Germany’s “Sims Official Magazine”, includes image examples of the new genetics “system” in The Sims 4. The system allows players to create children, parents, and siblings of one or more Sims in CAS.

In addition to showing off the genetics system, the following screenshot implies that only Sims as young as children can be created in CAS. (I should also point out that the age icons at E3 were slightly different – No cap & diploma – so no idea which version is up to date.) Regardless, no toddler icon in either one.
