In case you haven’t heard, The Sims 4 Backyard Stuff Pack was just announced yesterday. Themed towards having fun in the sun, the pack will include new gameplay objects such as windchimes, bird feeder, lemonade trays, and a slip-n-slide.
SimGuruGraham and others from The Sims team gave us more information about the pack through the usual Twitter Q&A:
.@LuckyLunayre Not in this pack, but I certainly hope we make more in the future. I love the utility of the six seat round table.

.@SimsVIP There's going to be another blog from me later this week that goes into detail about the lawn water slide 🙂

The little bird house? That one doesn't have interactions; it's just yard decor.

Yup, there's a matching gate.

.@lakesideheights The lawn water slide is 14×2, but Sims can walk across it when it isn't in use to help offset its large size.

Four. There's no limit to what we do in Stuff Packs – it's determined by what fits in our schedule/budget.

Something else you might have missed, we're adding truly skintight jeans, that will tuck into all boots! Great add. pic.twitter.com/PLUnRanGly

.@Iron_Cgull @catloverplayer Yes indeed, Backyard Stuff has a new club rule for using the lawn water slide.

Nope, I'd suggest throwing a House Party and inviting your guests out back.
