• Refrigerate ALL The Harvestables! – Allows Sims to place a variety of harvestables in the fridge.
• 303 Terrains Replacement – ALL Worlds – Adds custom terrain replacements to the game
• Instant Morning Sickness – Remove the morning sickness buff and makes it harder to know if a Sim is pregnant in advance
• Mermaids Mod 1.0 – Allows Sims to become mermaids, and includes new interactions
• Functional Acne Mod – Allows Sims with a specific Acne trait to have random acne breakouts
• Quiet Life Aspiration – Adds a custom aspiration to the game
• Functional Robots – Adds custom traits to the game that allows Sims to become robots
• No (Or Better) Festival Outfits – Changes the way outfits spawn during festivals
• True Happiness – Happiness for your sims will be something fleeting, meaningful, and personal. It’s something you will find difficult to seek out, but be able to appreciate when it happens
• DJ Booth Plays Custom Music – When the DJ plays any genre it will play your custom music instead of the base game music
• Hired DJs & Bartenders Stay Longer – Hired DJs and Bartenders will now stay until the party is over
• Hire More DJs & Bartenders – Changes the Hire NPC Interaction for Bartenders and DJs
• Negotiate More Performance – Allows Sims to negotiate performance with their boss. A successful negotiating makes 25% boost to your career promotion and needs 48 hours to perform another
• Playful From Eating UFO Fruit – Sims will receive a Playful buff when eating the UFO fruit
• Automatic Sunburns – Sims can now soak up the warm sun and get a little tan. Includes aloe plants and sunscreen
• Larger Hamper Capacity – Increases hamper capacity to 100 from 20
• Ride the Waves Motor Boat – Unlocks a decorative boat Sims can use
• Random Sim Generator – Standalone program that allows you to create a randomize a Sim
• Functional Mailboxes and Bills Override – Adds an unlocked mailbox to the game and changes the texture of bills
• Nature’s Kitty Litter – Adds stones that mark a spot outside where your feline friends can go potty
• Selvadorada Lights – Unlocked Neighborhood deco lights
• Unlocked “Walkable” Dock – Unlocks items not previously available in buy mode
• Animated Unlocked Lobster- & Crab Trap – Unlocks items not previously available in buy mode
• Circulation Modular Living – Adds a modular sofa to the game
• Functional Globe Bar – Adds a fully functional Globe Bar and accent table
• Functional Laundry Day Appliances – Laundry appliances that allow you to pause the cycle, open the door to add additional garments, and restart the cycle
• Schmapple Washer & Dryer Overhaul – Adds 35 additional colors to the laundry appliances that came with The Sims 4 Laundry Day Stuff
• The Art of Magic – Adds a witchcraft system to the game complete with spells
• Jungle Adventure Minor mods – Makes a variety of changes to features in Jungle Adventure.
