SimGuruGrant took to Twitter today to ask players what their “three personal most desired build features” are. In response to his Tweet, a fellow simmer asked whether terrain tools are even possible, and SimGuruGrant confirmed that Terrain Tools are not a definite “no”.
Are terrain tools even possible or it's a "no" for sure?

Very few things are a no. It's really a matter of time and what we lose making that versus something else. I don't think terrain tools are a no.

This doesn’t confirm that any type of Terrain Tools will come to the game, but at least this gives players a shred of hope that one day their most beloved build feature might return!
