Unlike Open Worlds & Create-a-Style tools which have been confirmed as features likely never to appear in The Sims 4, SimGuruGrant has stated that a Create-a-World tool “isn’t out of the question.” SimGuruGrant took to Twitter to respond with the following:

While this doesn’t confirm that Create-a-World tools will ever be developed and released for The Sims 4, it’s refreshing to know that this feature isn’t off the table completely. We have seen several players (HazzaPlumbob and FelipeSims) create some amazing maps, so we hope that one day these maps can become reality in our game!
