There’s a new quest in The Sims Mobile! The Dance Instructor Career Event is available now for a limited time, giving players 4 days to complete the necessary steps that will reward them with the “Dance Instructor Career” reward. To unlock the main event quests, you will first have to complete a quick quest to unlock the Dance Instructor Career quest.
To complete this preliminary quest, click on a Sofa and select the “Dance Magic” event. You have 2 Days to complete this. Once you complete this action, you’ll unlock the main event.
To begin the event that helps you unlock the Dance Instructor Career, select the “Quests” tab on the right side of your screen. If you do not see the “Dance Instructor Career” quest, make sure your game is up to date and restart your game.
To complete the Dance Instructor Career Event, you’ll have to complete 19 quests in the game. You will receive rewards along the way, and be rewarded the “Dance Instructor” Career and Heirloom once you complete the final quest. Below is the list of quests (in the order they appear) that you need to complete, along with rewards and requirements.
How to Complete Each Quest (Info)
Tapping the info button on each quest lets you know what you need to do to complete each task. To access the special events, click the “blue” interactions found on Sims/objects.
- Quest #1 – Tap on a mirror and select the “Pep Talk” interaction
- Quest #2 – Tap on a loveseat/sofa and select the “Watch Plumbob Pyramid” interaction
- Quest #3 – Tap on 3 Sims you know and select the “Discuss Dance Movies” interaction.
- Quest #4 – Complete 3 Relationship or Family Events.
- Quest #5 – Give out 4 Stickers to Sims.
- Quest #6 – Tap on a loveseat/sofa and complete the “Dance Magic” event.
- Quest #7 – Complete tasks and events to earn 650 Simoleons.
- Quest #8 – Change your Sim’s appearance in CAS.
- Quest #9 – Complete 3 Career or Hobby Events.
- Quest #10 – Complete LlamaZoom tasks. (Returns every 4 hours)
- Quest #11 – Tap on a loveseat/sofa and complete the “Sequined Dreams” event.
- Quest #12 – Complete LlamaZoom tasks. (Returns every 4 hours)
- Quest #13 – Tap on a bed and complete the “Sprained Egos” event.
- Quest #14 – Complete LlamaZoom tasks. (Returns every 4 hours)
- Quest #15 – Tap on a loveseat/sofa and complete the “Dance Magic” event.
- Quest #16 – Complete LlamaZoom tasks. (Returns every 4 hours)
- Quest #17 – Tap on a loveseat/sofa and complete the “Sequined Dreams” event.
- Quest #18 – Complete LlamaZoom tasks. (Returns every 4 hours)
- Quest #19 – Tap on a bed and complete the “Sprained Egos” event.
Once you have completed all quests for this event, you’ll unlock the Dancer Statuette Heirloom. This allows you to then go on and unlock the Dance Instructor Career. You can find the heirloom in your Sim’s inventory.
Unlocking the Dance Instructor Career Option
Once you’ve completed the quests and unlocked the Dance Instructor Career heirloom, you can then head over to the Waterfront District and unlock the new career. Head over to the Wellness Center and go into build mode. From there, select the “Dance Instructor” collection and place the special “Wall Mirror” object. This unlocks the career for selection.
Once you have placed it, you can click the wall mirror and join the new career. This career has its own special Story Chapters that allow Sims to unlock additional rewards.
