UPDATE: This bug has been fixed with the November 20th Game Patch.
If you’ve updated to the November 13th Game Patch, be warned that there is a serious bug that ages up Sims in CAS if you do not save the game first. According to Luthsthings and Crinrict, this bug will age Sims even with aging off.
IMPORTANT: Do NOT enter CAS in Sims 4 without saving first. This is a huge aging bug. More time in CAS = more change in age, and it affects the whole household. Or just play in a throwaway save until it's patched. https://t.co/SgkNY73JEq

For those who don't know yet: There's a pretty bad bug in the game right now. It's not fixed by the EP, that was an error on my part: Sims age in CAS. It doesn't matter if they're vampires or if you have aging off or how you enter CAS. – Maxis is aware and working on it.

SimGurus have acknowledged this problem, and are working to get it fixed as soon as possible. SimGuruNick has also stated they are aware of many other bugs as well.
Post-patch issues we've seen too:
-CC hair won't change colors
-1st person camera shows inside the head when using Intel Integrated Graphics
-Terrain paint invisible when using Laptop Mode
-Sims related to Father Winter are missing
-Sims aging after CAS if EP6 isn't installed— SimGuruNick (@SimGuruNick) November 14, 2018
