This is Jerry Martin, music composer from The Sims and SimCity.
Here’s a cool song from SimCity 4.
It’s called “By The Bay”. It features some beautiful oboe playing by the great Paul McCandless.
He was in a group called Oregon which was WAY ahead of their time. (or everyone else was way behind) He’s a “multi-instrumentalist” who plays not only oboe but soprano sax, bass clarinet, and english horn, etc.
