Enchanted by Nature: First Look at Innisgreen (Official Leak)

Earlier today, EA sent creators and fansites a press kit with information regarding the latest roadmap and the upcoming announcement for The Sims 4 Enchanted By Nature Expansion Pack. Dutch fansite MoonshineSim jumped the gun and shared an official montage of three screenshots.

Together, they preview Innisgreen, the new world coming with the EP and its three neighborhoods – as previously mentioned on the Something Is Growing website, “a quiet waterfront town where they’re all about Gnomes, a grove where nature and civilization blend together, and an enchanting magical forest”.

On this image, we can spot a sim sleeping on the ground, a new swingset, what appears to be a magical dead tree and, most importantly, fairies. While some people were still uncertain if they would be playable or an NPC, it’s not hard to assume based on these pictures that they’re a regular occult in The Sims 4.

Enchanted by Nature will be announced on June 12th, with a release date set to July 10th, according to the latest roadmap.

The upcoming The Sims 4 Expansion Pack rumoured to be titled Enchanted By Nature had two other features mentioned on today’s Something Is Growing website.

“Something Is Growing”: New TS4 EP Is Teased on Official Website

A new official website called Something is Growing is teasing the upcoming The Sims 4 Expansion Pack. According to an unofficial leak, its name is Enchanted by Nature.

The website first became public on Saturday, May 31st. On its first day, it brought us information on Innisgreen, the EP’s new world, and its three neighborhoods:

Get lost in… Innisgreen

You peek through the leaves and see a quaint town. The sign reads Innisgreen, a beautifully lush world where Sims live in harmony with nature. You discover there are three neighborhoods to explore: a quiet waterfront town where they’re all about Gnomes, a grove where nature and civilization blend together, and an enchanting magical forest. What else awaits you here?

On the second day (June 1st), the website had the same setting, but with a few different details. The plant had grown a bit, there’s a gnome in the frame and foraging is confirmed.

Get lost in… Natural Living

You wake up under the stars and see other Sims meeting their needs outdoors without beds or plumbing. You’re hungry but you spot some delicious-looking mushrooms by a tree. Looks like you’ll sustain yourself just fine.

Both the apothecary table (seen on both images) and foraging were mentioned in the unnofficial leak, proving it to be at least partly true.

Unofficial Leak: Fairies Could Be the Next The Sims 4 EP

The following information has not been confirmed by EA. Therefore, it should be taken with a grain of salt.

Online retailer Instant Gaming has listed a new expansion pack for The Sims 4, Enchanted by Nature with July 9th or 10th (depending on your region) as a release date. Although the images are clearly place holders, the website has correctly leaked many DLC titles in the past.

Step into nature and let it touch every part of your Sim’s life—bring the outdoors inside with Potted Plants, or live fully off the land by developing Natural Living Skill to rest, eat, and bathe comfortably under the sky.

Sims not taking care of themselves may end up manifesting in Ailments, which can be healed at an Apothecary table. Diving deep into the new Gardening and Foraging finds to craft potions or protect Sims from occults. Apothecaries may end up becoming a Naturopath who helps other Sims as their daily job.

As Sims explore the new world, they may discover Fairies, just beyond their normal everyday life. Fairies can be mischievous and give Sims Ailments, or become a Fairy who enhances nature, helps in the garden, and instantly blooms plants.

For Sims who just want to bask in the beauty of nature and grow new magical plants, or gather ingredients to enchant any plant to care for them, there’s a lot of new life to help with the chores.

Right after the news were shared, Twitter user SimMattically, who has also leaked DLC details in the past, confirmed the leak is legit.

Fairies have been a top request from Sims players for years, so the theme doesn’t come as a surprise. If the release date is true, we can expect an official announcement in early June.

Whether or not the leak is fake, we can expect a new roadmap for The Sims 4 soon, with details on the next releases for the series.
