In the latest screenshot of The Sims 4, “Andre” is seen flaunting tattoos on his arm. When asked, SimGuruGraham did not confirm or deny whether or not Tattoos will be a part of the Base Game, but he did leave us with this little bit:
“Andre does look like he’s gotten some work done in the past 6 months ;)”
