For those who have been using Facebook to keep up with the latest news from The Sims team, do note that Maxis has officially confirmed they are using an “umbrella” system to direct all Facebook pages from around the world to the Default Page.
What does this mean for you? If you only follow news in English, nothing. But for those who follow official pages from other countries  (Germany, Spain, Poland, etc), will have to choose a “region preference” to view news in another language.
Click the ellipsis located at the top of the page, and select the “Switch Region” option at the bottom. From there you can set your language preference.
