SimGuruJoystick announced today that players should tune in for the July Maxis Monthly tomorrow as there will be “exciting news” coming up for The Sims 4. SimGuruLyndsay then followed up with a tweet stating that it’s definitely not surprise new content, but definitely more exciting that watching paint dry.

Less exciting than new surprise content (it’s not that) but more exciting than watching paint dry (it’s not that either). Approximately.

With surprise announcements related to new content out of the question, it is likely that Maxis will be announcing something along the lines of a new branding launch, or perhaps they are getting ready to officially release The Sims 4 Legacy Edition.
We are all familiar with EA's survey emails in which we are asked about our player experience and satisfaction with the game.
Also this week the German players received such an email. The special feature is not the email itself but the picture above. #thesims4 #quicknews pic.twitter.com/4iozdzOR9u

As you can see in the tweets above, EA’s newest survey shows off a new Sims 4 render and logo, with another player stating that their Sims 4 Game Icon changed to something different in a matter of days. What will be announced is anyone’s guess, so tune in tomorrow for the Maxis Monthly to see what’s coming up!
