Twitter user Sims CommuniTea has posted some rumors regarding upcoming content for The Sims 4 Base Game and the Eco Lifestyle Expansion. The user claims to have received information from a “reputable” source, so without confirmation from EA, this information is to be taken with a grain of salt. The next bit of information has to do with a future update coming to The Sims 4 Base Game. Rumors state that Doors and Windows will be updated to allow “off-the-grid” placement, Sim inventories will be updated to include a feature to filter out by category, and that Firefighters will return to the Base Game. Lastly, they claim players who have The Sims 4 Seasons installed will also have “Acid Rain” added to the game options.

Again, without any confirmation from EA or The Sims team, these are just rumors until proven otherwise. The Sims team is expected to make announcements at EA Play this year, so time will tell whether any of these rumors pan out.
