EA has just announced via @thesimsdirect on Twitter that the next game update for The Sims 4 is coming one week earlier than expected, on October 22nd.
The game usually gets a patch on the Tuesday before a new release, so it was natural that a game update would happen on October 29th, ahead of Life & Death Expansion pack release on October 31st.
This is not only the first time they announce a pre-EP patch in advance, but also the first time we’re getting it so long ahead of the EP release. We can expect a big update that will break most mods.
