Electronic Arts Announces EA PLAY LIVE (July 22nd, 2021)
Electronic Arts has announced that they will be hosting EA Play Live 2021 on July 22nd, 2021. The event was held as an online only event last year due to the pandemic, so it’s yet to be seen whether this even will resume in person, online, or some type of hybrid event.
The official website states that more details and information will be coming soon, so we do not know if The Sims will make an appearance at the show. We do know that Maxis plans to announce their summer line-up on May 17th, so only time will tell if something else will be announced at EA Play Live 2021. Stay tuned!
REPLAY: Gamescom 2020 | Opening Night Live
❗ The replay below is set to start exactly at the point where they announced The Sims 4 Star Wars: Journey to Batuu Game Pack.
Gamescom, the annual gaming expo traditionally held in Germany, will be hosted as an all-digital gaming show this year due to the current pandemic. The multiday event will start on August 27th, 2020 at 11am PDT/2pm EDT, and run through August 30th.

UPDATE: No Sims Announcements at EA Play
The Sims team took to Twitter to confirm they will not be making any new announcements at EA Play 2020 on June 18th. EA Play is taking place on June 18th at 4pm Pacific.

EA Play 2020 Delayed Until June 18th
In light of worldwide protests taking place against racial injustice and police brutality, EA has announced that they are clearing the way for more important voices to be heard. As a result, they are delaying EA Play 2020 until June 18th, 2020 at 4pm Pacific. The event was originally scheduled for June 11th, 2020.

Electronic Arts Announces EA PLAY 2020 (June 11th, 2020)
Electronic Arts has announced that they will be hosting EA Play 2020 Live, but this year it will be an all-digital show. Due to the current pandemic that has forced the cancellation of many conferences including game expos, EA will be live streaming the event on June 11th at 4pm PT / 7pm ET as an all-digital show.

EA has just announced their livestream lineup, detailing the schedule for The Sims 4 and other games. On Saturday, June 8th, 2019 at 12pm Pacific, Andrea Rene will host a special livestream for fans of The Sims 4. Full schedule below.

(NASDAQ: EA) announced its full livestream schedule for EA PLAY 2019 with three hours of content, highlighting six blockbuster franchises comprised of dedicated streams that show more of the games themselves. Each stream will be hosted by big name personalities like Greg Miller and Julia Hardy that fans will surely recognize as they’ve got the inside scoop of what’s to come. The livestream will kickoff this year’s EA PLAY at the Hollywood Palladium starting at 9:15am PT on Saturday, June 8 as the event will then open up to many other activities throughout the weekend including watching exciting demos, playing the newest games, meeting passionate developers and more.

If you want to join us in Hollywood, here’s what you need to do:
- Get your free EA PLAY ticket by visiting here or downloading the EA PLAY App from the Apple iOS store and Google Play store
- During registration, you may book a session with your favorite game to lock down time with the game.
- Not interested in booking a gameplay session? No problem, you can book a Priority Entrance ticket to get expedited entry into the event on the day of your choice.
We also want to share a quick update on the timing of EA PLAY livestreams. We’ve decided to pull all of our live streams into Saturday, June 8, so fans will have a full slate of streams that will take you inside the games and new content, all on one day. The previously planned Friday event will now kickoff our Saturday activities.
In addition, hundreds of content creators will be onsite at EA PLAY and streaming live from the Creator’s Cave throughout the weekend. We’ll share more details on our full live stream schedule soon, including all the places you can watch.
