Not really… this is a Teen rated game and we’ve gotten casino items before…
I don’t think so because back in the Showtime survey they asked us what would we like in a Casino

I think its a hotel especially with the mystery gift bags lately. Given I’ve just started a hotel challenge its really bad timing.
I agree, I think it’s a hotel since they are giving us hotel furniture in the mystery packages.

It does look like a hotel. A vegas style hotel maybe? So would that make it a Sims 3 version of Sims Vacation?
For me it looks like something in aquapark style with two new premium contents – diving board and waterslide

I agree that it looks like an Hotel, maybe a hotel with a pool inside, a sort of casino and something else.
If the venue was just a pool, the octopus would be in the front door and not the side.
But those things in the main gate look like suitcases or stacks with bills.

This looks very nice!:3 I believe it has to do with a kind of pool theme because of the octopus, with a diving board or slide, like public swimming venues in real life, especially the diving board :3 Whatever it is I am looking forward to it now!:D
This is the outside of the building. I wish they would show the inside. I see the cars parked in the parking lot. It looks like it’s a big venue. I hope the lot is small though so it can easily be placed. I wonder if they will show anymore pictures.

So when you guys say “Hotel” do you think one of the PC items would be a hotel desk? Or are we just discussing the “look and feel of a hotel” like some of the buildings in WA and even in the towns themselves?
I wouldn’t mind I guess if it were hotelish. I’m not thrilled about a casino idea because I would hope there would be more objects in it. I’d like to see a magic type store set where there was three PC items and a lot for 20 bucks, lol.
When I say hotel I’m referring to a pc desk or register were sims can check in and out of the rooms. I hope you can click on the door you want like in sims 2 bon voyage.
If this is a hotel it better have a register and an npc sim were sims can check in and check out. It’s possible to add the register then add something to the pool too.
Did you guys notice that the Wall where the Octopus is located is curved? Imagine if they put curve walls!!! But other then that I am hoping for a Hotel!!
It would be nice if it was a combo hotel/resturent but with only 2 premium objects I doubt that. One of them is most likely for the pool.
I believe this is a casino, it looks a great deal like one.

Definition of a T Rating straight from the ESRB Ratings website: TEEN
Titles rated T (Teen) have content that may be suitable for ages 13 and older. Titles in this category may contain violence, suggestive themes, crude humor, minimal blood, simulated gambling, and/or infrequent use of strong language.
Maybe it consider as a online dlc,which not rated by ESRB.
They need to add a note about the gambling next to the rating
