Say that 5 times fast! During today’s Maxis Live Broadcast, The Sims 3 announced a new stuff pack! “The Sims 3: 70′s, 80′s & 90′s Stuff” will available January 2013.
Today we’re announcing that the 70′s, 80′s & 90′s stuff, is our latest Stuff Pack that is on it’s way, and will be released in January 2013. It’s a big stuff pack full of all kinds of crazy, awesome and radical content, from the last few decades.
This awesome stuff pack is all about taking it back to yesteryear and styling your Sims, in their worlds, with the iconic looks that shaped these Decades. The Sims 3: 70′s, 80′s & 90′s Stuff your Sims can sport a 70′s Disco look with a wide colored jacket and bell-bottoms to tear up the dance floor. Or they can throw back to the 80′s and get physical with a big boom box stereo. sims will also be ready for a 90′s revival, with the chic grunge apparel that defines this decade.
There will be tons of new content, hairstyles and even a new facial hair! With “The Sims 3: 70′s, 80′s & 90′s Stuff”, you will be able to warp your Sims back to the past.

I hope they have Whitney’s big hair from the 80′s or Micheals clothing style. That one dress in the preview art looks like something Whitney wore in the 80′s. I’d have to go dig it out. LOL

as a fellow Gen Xer, yup. I perfer the 90′s stuff. My sister would be the one clinging to the 80′s, lol. I kinda like it though so then my son can see what things sorta looked like when mom was a kid/teen.

I wasn’t too keen on this pack when I first heard about it but now that I’ve seen screens for it I’m looking forward to it….a new arcade machine….whooo just what I needed to add to my gazillion other arcade machines I already have

Can’t wait for this stuff pack! Not so crazy about the 90s part (I mean Diesel’s got a bit of grungey feel to it, already) but the 70s and 80s stuff is DEFINITELY worth it!

Bit dissapointed this isn’t a PvZ Stuff Pack. When I heard that it was called “Decades” I thought: “Oh hell no!” But when I learned that it was called “70′s, 80′s and 90′s” I was all ” Oh hell YES!!” Is it just me, or does “70′s, 80′s and 90′s” sound much more appealing than “Decades”?

I had the habit to read “Decades”, but now that I’m used to it, I find this new title much better.

90′s : …DENIM!
I was expecting a bit more than just grungy styles for the 90′s. I was hoping for some Spice Girls inspired hairstyles and outfits, that I used to wear when I was in elementary school. But oh well…
