Merman Simmer, a modder for The Sims 4, has recently released two videos showcasing his work on hair animation mods. Not only is he working on getting dynamics to work on Maxis hair, he has also started working on Custom Content hairstyles as well!
Back in 2013, EA Spain published an article claiming that “wind” in the game would create aimated hair for Sims, but that turned out to be a “misunderstanding”.
