UPDATE: We have implemented a fix and comments should be back to normal now 🙂
Hey everyone! Just wanted to pop in and you know that we are aware of an issue with the Disqus commenting system on the site. There were several new updates in the past two weeks, and there is a syncing issue preventing the correct comment counts from showing on articles, and most notably, posts displaying that there are “zero” comments on an article when in fact they have comments.
We implemented a quick fix a few days ago but unfortunately that just ended up reverting the site comments back to WordPress comments. We have now pinpointed the problem and are working to fix it. You may see some on and off issues as we work to fix it, but know that we are trying to resolve this as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience. 🙂
