Windows will not stack. They still take up space per panel.
Note, that if you 'nudge' your single tile windows over onto two tiles, it will take up both of those tiles.
— SimGuruGeorge (@SimGuruGeorge) May 21, 2020
@SimGuruJill for exact info.
When the neighborhood action plan happens, the sims following the plan will put on the bags.
There is another way a bag can show up, but I'll let you discover that.
— SimGuruGeorge (@SimGuruGeorge) May 21, 2020
Yep, what George said! And you can also prevent NPCs from enacting the We Wear Bags (or any other N.A.P.) by turning off NPC voting in Game Options, or you can run a cheat on the board to Instantly Repeal any N.A.P. that's already in place if you're not a big bag fan.
— Jill Johnson (@SimGuruJill) May 21, 2020
The specific Action Plan is We Wear Bags. And this one we really just added to be silly, so there's no punishment here if you don't wear a bag 🙂 Not all N.A.P.s will let you off so easy though, if you don't follow the rules…
— Jill Johnson (@SimGuruJill) May 21, 2020
Oh and just in case you didn't see the other note, N.A.P.s are totally opt-out if you chose so we won't force bags in your neighborhood 🙂
— Jill Johnson (@SimGuruJill) May 21, 2020
Oh sorry, yes – excuse my acronyms. Neighborhood Action Plans. I could use a good N.A.P.
— Jill Johnson (@SimGuruJill) May 21, 2020
And because I didn't get to show it in stream.

It is very much Neighborhood-based. Think of it more like, what happens in Port Promise stays in Port Promise.
— Jill Johnson (@SimGuruJill) May 21, 2020
Yes you can 😁 We didn’t mention it in the stream, but we also gave you a cheat to add or remove those special personality traits if you want someone else to fill the role or make your own Eco Master, Entrepreneur, or Master Crafter.
— Jill Johnson (@SimGuruJill) May 22, 2020
And if you kick one of the Premade personalities out of the world, the game will spin up a new randomized Sim to fill that role.
— Jill Johnson (@SimGuruJill) May 22, 2020
Oooh, a great question and detail we forgot in the stream.@SimGuruMorgan likes to talk about this. But there are 3 spots they can dismount. So you can have the sim go up over the ladder, and to the two sides. It supports multiple build placements that way.
— SimGuruGeorge (@SimGuruGeorge) May 21, 2020
I can.
— Dave Miotke (@SimGuruNinja) May 21, 2020
they will be! 🕯️
— SimGuruConor (@SimGuruConor) May 22, 2020
Yes! Things like Candles can be bought and sold on Plopsy. Still on the fence if Juice should be available though.
— SimGuruConor (@SimGuruConor) May 21, 2020
They’ll be available in debug!
— SimGuruPopcorn (@SimGuruPopcorn) May 21, 2020
They are part of the hidden objects. You can pick them up and use them. The first home I loaded up into had a lot of them spread around,
…but I forgot to mention them. =(
Sorry, there was too much to remember.
— SimGuruGeorge (@SimGuruGeorge) May 21, 2020
Correct. They act like a normal person and feel icked out standing next to a wall of meat.
— SimGuruGeorge (@SimGuruGeorge) May 21, 2020
If you get your power and water from the grid (meaning you don't create it at home) you can still go over on your bills and cause that repo man to stop by.
— SimGuruGeorge (@SimGuruGeorge) May 21, 2020
We didn't touch the PlantSims. But they still may like this world. =)
— SimGuruGeorge (@SimGuruGeorge) May 21, 2020
Oooh, you noticed that? Well, I'll just leave this here. pic.twitter.com/N3V3Z8kC25
— SimGuruGeorge (@SimGuruGeorge) May 21, 2020
I didn't even get to show off the rats running around the trash in the world.
— SimGuruGeorge (@SimGuruGeorge) May 21, 2020
If you get rid of those sims then another Sim in the world will take their place. There will always be one.
If you marry or bring them into your household you will have a option (cheat) to make them end that role if you want.
The role gives them a few unique interactions.
— SimGuruGeorge (@SimGuruGeorge) May 21, 2020
A few Neighborhood Action Plans can be active at once. But if one gets repealed, all those rules stop. So the Sims will start to get jealous again.
— SimGuruGeorge (@SimGuruGeorge) May 21, 2020
Soy plants! More that we missed in the stream. It wasn't long enough. 😉
— SimGuruGeorge (@SimGuruGeorge) May 21, 2020
I totally believe @SimGuruPopcorn pic.twitter.com/tYde4QW5Iy
— SimGuruGeorge (@SimGuruGeorge) May 21, 2020
You can go in and convert any normal lot (not apartments) to be a Community Venue. Just like if you wanted to make them all bars.
You should leave at least one home lot though. Because only residents can vote on neighborhood changes.
— SimGuruGeorge (@SimGuruGeorge) May 21, 2020
Oh sorry, that power does go off at the end of the week when you don't pay those bills.
In contrast, if you are off the grid, and run out of power that day, the power immediately goes out.
— SimGuruGeorge (@SimGuruGeorge) May 21, 2020
All the water is either shipping lanes or a closed down quarry. To swim in this world you will have to build a pool.
— SimGuruGeorge (@SimGuruGeorge) May 22, 2020
Beating the motherplant gives a ton of community influence.
