The same Sims Delivery Express (SDX) that brought the Calientes refresh also added two new traditional Jewish recipes to The Sims 4 base game.
Matzah ball soup and challah bread are the two new dishes that sims can cook. As well as the two recipes, there’s a new challah board decor object.
They were added after many requests from simmers across the globe on social media, most notably @HufflePom who started a petition in early 2022 for more Jewish representation in the game. This is a good start.
Get ready to dig in because today’s Sims Delivery Express adds matzah ball soup & challah bread to The Sims 4 recipe book for the whole family to enjoy 😊 pic.twitter.com/Jl7VkiF67o

Hi @TheSims I’ve spent the last 365 days (ONE FULL YEAR) asking for Jewish cultural representation in #TheSims4. So many of us would LOVE to see Jewish head coverings & delicious foods such as challah, babka, Hamantashen, brisket, & latkes. Show #TheSims players you care!#SimJews pic.twitter.com/gvW0YGhB7Y

So glad we can finally share these! The recipes have been in the works for a long time, & the deco challah board is an exciting add. A lot of heart & care went into this release & I hope y’all enjoy it. I can’t wait for what comes next💗 https://t.co/dpuiEJEDNj
