Velocitygrass over at MTS uploaded this mod a while back, but I just got around to making a post on it. The “Add Any Lot Size” mod allows players to easily save and place a number of new lots sizes into their town. Click here to download!
EA adds new community and/or residential lots in every expansion. Unfortunately the sizes of those lots can be completely random. Or even if they’re not random, they could be 40×30, which is not available in the World Editor.This script mod will allow you to add any size (from 1×1 to 64×64) to the World Editor from the cheat console:

OH man this is the best thing ever. Sometimes i wanna move things around, or put some houses that EA has made bu they have these weird size and this has made my day

I found thsi when it ws first released at MTS, and I was psyched. I have a Sunset Valley I play, that I update with new objects as the new expansions come out. It has a moutain village (for greenish plantSim type people), a LateNight club and movie district, a central hib that combines various areas, an equestrain area, and now a showtime area. This MOD made the town edits so much more manageable because of the weird sizes of EA objects/lots.
For my re-create Sunset Valley, I need this Mod because some house specially the beautiful ones from other Expansion packs and Stuff Packs has some Weirdo sizes. I can’t get any of them in the game, Thank you VelocityGrass, I bet you’re also a victim of this weirdo sizes lots that’s why you create this Mod. Once again, Thank you. . .
Excellent! I hate it when I cant place a lot because of its “odd” size that wasnt offered to us by EA.
