Yep. I wont say 100% for any CC (because we didn't make it). But if you have an outfit you can select it as your cold weather or hot weather outfit. It doesn't matter what it looks like. Which is why my Sim rocks Board Shorts in the snow.

Normally, she would be! That dress is not cold weather wear! However, by clicking off TAGs in CAS you can select an unorthodox outfit to wear and it’ll behave like the category you set it for. I wanted her to not look freezing, so I did that! ☺️ A great tool for storytelling!
