It seems that many are unable to access their purchase history (or do many other store related actions) on the Sims 3 website. Have no fear Simmers, there is always an alternative.
Anytime you cannot access the Sims 3 Store directly, you can always use the In Game Store – Online. This eliminates any issues you have and will allow you to access your purchase history (among other things). 🙂
